Give them sample shots of the location that they prefer so they can discuss with you the things to be changed or improved. Pay attention to the lighting, the space location, and the environment. And once have the idea on the needs to be done, evaluate you time, labor, and equipment.

Contracts may be a big help in protecting you work and also you from potential lawsuits. You may download some contract samples then modify it. Or you may hire an experienced legal advice who already have made contracts to other photographers.

Almost all companies expect a 100 percent satisfaction. Satisfying them is necessary so they will give you an opportunity of working for them again. And last tip is to schedule a photo shoot in the morning. Afternoon sessions might be boring because people are usually tired in that time, and have a possibility for them not to cooperate.
