That should no longer be the case once you set time in advance and keep it regularly. The best thing you should do is make a habit of waking up early so that you could still have time to prepare.

Most of us are drowned in overwork that we forget to maintain our healthy lifestyle and take care of our health. It is really important that we do something that would keep us in good condition to avoid getting sick too often.
